Strap on your hiking boots and sling your water bottle over your shoulder and traipse on up the largest dunes in North America. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve in Colorado is 150,000 acres of very unique and trailess hiking. See wildlife, some really tall dunes, and be a part of one of the largest natural attractions visible from space. Oh, and don't miss The Sand Ramp Trail, Medano Creek which often just disappears, and the famous High Dune. Add an outdoor camping trip to your visit by staying in The Pinon Flats Campground.

The post production crew gets another chance to lambaste the boss by posting these Clint-isms and vocal typos after editing a Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve video. Once again, the Adventure-Crew takes themselves less than serious while in the field.

Gary highlights the drama that granite lends to the 2700 foot shear cliffs of the Black Canyon's drop to the Gunnison River. Easy access to the rim of this 50 mile long canyon makes this often overlooked national park one of the best family getaways. From the rim drive, the half mile view straight down to the beaches and glimmering blue green rapids of the Gunnison River are spectacular.

Take a quick spin through Death Valley’s Visitor Center with Adventure-Crew then drop down 282 feet below sea level at Badwater Basin — saltier than the Dead Sea and smack in the middle of 200 square miles of salt pan.
